The history of Antiguo Mesón Fuentebuena dates back to 1950, when Florencia, Ángel, and their family opened a village store that also served as a bar and gathering place for the residents of Fuentebuena. Time and the unmistakable aroma of wood-fired meat transformed that place into one of the oldest establishments in the Béjar area.
